'Luv ya Lolley' - Nottingham Forest fans show their love for Reds ace
Winger has been in top form for Sabri Lamouchi's side - and supporters showed their affections at the Premier League Darts
by Sarah ClapsonValentine’s Day came early for Nottingham Forest ace Joe Lolley as Reds fans showed the winger some love.
With the Premier League Darts in town on Thursday night at the Motorpoint Arena, it seems plenty of Forest supporters were in the crowd.
And some of them took the opportunity to send a shout-out to the 27-year-old midfielder.
In reference to the video clip of one fan expressing her affection for Lolley, which has been widely circulated on social media, there was a sign with the words: “Luv ya Lolley. Mwah.”
Twitter user @ClintSamRidley posted the photograph, which Lolley himself picked up on and shared to his followers with a couple of crying with laughter emojis.
Meanwhile, @TDale_99 showed a picture with a poster declaring: “Ain’t nobody like Joe Lolley #nffc”
Lolley has been in top form for Sabri Lamouchi’s side of late and was nominated for the January Championship Player of the Month award.
The club’s reigning Player of the Year has notched up eight goals in 32 appearances so far this season and will be looking to help his team bounce back from their midweek defeat at home to Charlton Athletic, when they make the trip to face West Bromwich Albion tomorrow.
