Kirsty Kean, 41, is said to have embezzled £5,770.46, from the Walker and Pride architectural practice on Church Street, St Andrews.

Kean, of Kingsbarns, Fife, denies the charge against her.

The offence is said to have taken place between July 30 and October 31 2017.

Sheriff John Rafferty set a new trial date in April.

The architectural firm, now called Muir Walker Pride, has offices in St Andrews, Perth, Edinburgh, London and Moscow.
