Jitendra Kumar talks about kissing Ayushmann Khurrana

Ayushmann Khurrana never ceases to surprise us. His upcoming release Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is a gay love story. His co-star Jitendra Kumar plays his partner in the film. The trailer of the film has already impressed one and all.

Today Jitendra in an interview spoke about the film and how he came on board. He said, “When I heard the narration, I realised how simply things were explained to the families in the narrative. I instantly knew I wanted to be part of the film. I discovered later that even Ayushmann had been lobbying to get me on board."

Speaking about his working experience with Ayushmann, Jitendra says that they had a great rapport. Jitendra too is a music lover but only after he met Ayushmann he realised that his own knowledge about music is less compared to that of his co-star. Jitendra also spoke about the kissing scene with Ayushmann. He said, "I am a reserved person. But Ayushmann made me comfortable. He is easy to work with and is quite friendly." Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan releases on February 21, 2020. Bhumi Pednekar has a cameo in the film.
