Where to watch the Six Nations in Cardiff for the ultimate rugby day out

2. Depot

Celebrate the Six Nations and kick off a new era at the Depot!

Increasing capacity by 25 per cent, the new and improved venue will have three new permanent street food kitchens based inside 20ft shipping containers, as well as an outdoor garden, and two huge seven metre by five metre screens.

4. The Chambers, The Angel Hotel

In December 2019, The Angel Hotel launched their new pop-up bar, The Chambers, in the space on Castle Street which previously housed the staff quarters in 1886.

The Chambers is the brainchild of GM Richard Smith who wanted to create a quirky bar space out of recycled and donated materials.

The Chambers will be open for every home game across the Six Nations, offering a great stop-off on the way to the stadium, and is a great addition to the iconic rugby hotel.

The bar also features bespoke artwork from Welsh icon, Nathan Wyburn, and sits with the perfect view of the castle opposite, perfect for people watching as the crowds make their way to the game.

5. Rainbow Casino

Next door to St David’s Shopping Centre, Rainbow Casino has two dedicated sporting areas, both with large projecting screens.

Throughout the casino, there are additional TV screens, so wherever you choose to watch, you will have a good vantage point.

Entry is free and there is a £2 promotion on selected pints of beer and cider during all of the Six Nation matches.

Rainbow Casino is an over-18s venue with a think 21 policy and promotes responsible gambling.

6. Les Croupiers Casino
