Two people who were involved in placing the explosives were killed and one civilian was wounded in today's explosion in PD5, said Nasrat Rahimi, MOI spokesman
The explosion occurred around 2:50 pm Friday afternoon, Kabul police spokesman Ferdaws Framarz confirmed.
Faramarz said that the explosives were embedded in a cart and the blast occurred in a busy area of Fazl Bek.
