The head coach has been speaking ahead of the January transfer window closing at 11pm tonight
by Chris WatsonNuno Espirito Santo has confirmed that Ryan Bennett is set to leave Wolverhampton Wanderers before tonight's transfer deadline.
Bennett is understood to be closing in on a loan move to Premier League rivals Leicester City.
It is being reported that the defender is on his way to Leicester for a medical.
There is also a suggestion that the deal will include an option for the move to be made permanent in the summer.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Wolves head coach Nuno thanked the 29-year-old for his services and wished him all the best as his new club.
"I appreciate and thank Ryan Bennett for what he's done," he said. "I think it was amazing.
"But he goes on loan to a situation that he wants, and I wish him all the best."
Asked if he would bring in another central defender before the transfer window closes at 11pm this evening, Nuno replied: "No, we have enough players that can play in that position."
