Сannibal ‘shot girlfriend dead then dismembered her 10-year-old daughter and ate her liver’

A MONSTER step-dad shot his girlfriend, execution-style before strangling her ten-year-old daughter and devouring the child’s liver.

Sergiy Lubenko, 40, is standing trial in Ukraine after cops say he confessed to the heinous crimes.

Dismembered body parts belonging to Kateryna Obukhivska, 30, and Hanna Khrystyuk, 10, were found scattered in woodland a month after the brutal slaying.

According to cops, evil Lubenko met his victim via a dating website in 2015 and played the perfect role of doting step-dad and dedicated boyfriend.

After a few months of dating, Lubenko whisked Kateryna away on a romantic trip to Kyiv, Ukraine’s capital.

But once on the road he lured her into woodland and shot her in the head twice with a revolver.

He then headed straight to the ten-year-old’s dad’s house, where she had been staying.

Spinning a story about a seaside trip to Hannah’s father, Lubenko took a “happy and smiling” Hannah off in his car.

The girl’s devastated dad said: “This man was my ex-wife’s boyfriend and I suspected nothing.

“I allowed him to take my daughter on the trip”.

He drove to the neighbouring Khmelnytskyi region where he met with his 24-year-old female accomplice, Yulia Boiko, 24.

The evil pair then strangled the youngster, cut out her liver and Lubenko ate it cops say.

The 40-year-old was charged with double murder and cannibalism.

Boiko, who is said to be his lover, was charged with murder of a minor.

The pair both now deny the charge.

Prosecutor Maksim Podvorny said: “We have enough evidence to demand life sentences for the pair”.
