Dozens of police officers swarm Glasgow street in manhunt over domestic abuse incident
by David IrvineDOZENS of cops have swarmed to a Glasgow street in a manhunt.
Officers were sent to Alderman Road in Knightswood, Glasgow in search of a male they want to speak to.
Police confirmed they attended the scene and it's understood they had hoped to trace a male in relation to a low level domestic abuse incident.
But they have not yet found the man as they continue their search with cops still in the area.
It is understood that while there could be armed units in the area, it is not an armed incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.25am today, Friday, 31 January, officers were involved in a search at Alderman Road, Glasgow, for a man they want to speak to.
"There was no trace of him but officers remain in the area."
