Boasting 11 goals at the halfway mark of the season, new Chippa United goal poacher is likely to be unleashed for the eagerly-awaited match against high-flying Orlando Pirates this weekend. 

In a match chosen to highlight the commemoration of the club’s 10-year anniversary, the Chilli Boys will hope to upset the Buccaneers and put to an end their remarkable run under German coach Josef Zinnbauer.

As part of the plans, the Eastern Cape outfit has a few surprises in store for the Soweto giants, including planning to unleash Ruzaigh Gamildien – the in-form attacker who has reunited with the side for a second stint.

It has been confirmed to the Siya crew from insiders that the 30-year-old’s signing has been concluded by Chippa, with the club’s head coach Norman Mapeza toying with the idea of including him in his matchday squad for Bucs' clash tomorrow (Saturday).

After leaving Chippa at the end of last season, Gamildien went on to enjoy a successful spell in the GladAfrica Championship with promotion-chasing Steenberg United, scoring 11 goals to keep their top-flight football hopes alive, before being re-signed by the Chilli Boys in this January transfer window.
