Love Island couples forced to vote against each other ahead of brutal dumping
Love Island 2020 will air another brutal twist on Friday, that could tear the villa apart ahead of a dumping
by Irishmirror.ieLove Island 2020 Islanders are in for a tough time on Friday night, as they're forced to put other couples at risk.
Each couple must vote who they think the two least compatible pairings are in the villa, just as things continue to get seriously awkward.
Viewers saw Mike Boateng, paired up with Sophie Piper, trying to woo Jess Gale away from Luke M on Thursday.
After splitting from Leanne Amaning he chose to send her home in the dumping, saving Sophie who is still interested in dumped Islander Connor Durman.
For the in strong couples, it's easy pickings it seems with so many single Islanders and so many having doubts.
A new teaser for Friday night promised drama, amid Mike and Luke's battle for Jess' affections.
It's then that one Islander, Nas, receives a text message, hinting a shock dumping is looming.
Even more savage, it seems it will be pretty much down to those in the villa who leaves.
Nas says: "Each couple must vote for the two couples they think are the least compatible."
The message tells the Islanders they must choose, in their couples, who the two weakest pairings are.
Each couple will vote in private, with it then likely that the two most voted couples will be at risk of being dumped.
If previous years are anything to go by, it's likely the lowest voted Islander or Islanders will go home, or may be separated.
In the past the same twist has seen two Islanders booted out - sometimes from the same couple, and other times one from each couple.
Then again, there has been another more savage twist that sees both Islanders saved - but they must split up and potentially recouple.
The possibilities are endless, so how this latest twist will play out remains to be seen.
But it's highly likely another Islander will be making an exit this weekend ahead of the return of Casa Amor.
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV.
