P340K shabu confiscated

ANGELES CITY – Agents of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region III (PDEA3) confiscated P340,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation at Hadrian St. in Barangay Balibago here last Thursday.

In a report submitted to PDEA Director General Aaron N. Aquino, PDEA3 Director Lyndon Aspacio identified the suspect as Renato G. David Jr., 37, resident of 2283 Hadrian St., Barangay Balibago.

The buy-bust operation was conducted in coordination with Angeles City Police Office Station 4.

Seized from David were five heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu with an estimated weight of more or less 50 grams, one unit of digital weighing scale and the buy-bust money.

“The drug sting was consummated at 12:30 noon when the suspect handed over the illegal substances to a PDEA agent who acted as poseur buyer. The suspect did not resist arrest when collared by our agents,” Aspacio said.
