The Masked Singer: Queen Bee dead cert to win as Nicola Roberts eyes up prize
by Adam MillerThe Masked Singer has already crowned its first winner with details being kept under lock and key, but no one as a chance of beating Queen Bee.
The regal little bug has stormed ahead of Unicorn, who was certain to be champion of the trippiest show on ITV last week but has dramatically slid down the rankings behind Fox and Hedgehog, who walked his first red carpet at the National Television Awards this week.
At the other end of the spectrum, both Duck and Monster are favourites to get the chop and subsequently remove their masks tomorrow night, but who will be beneath the big yellow bird and her blue furry rival?
Singer Skin from Skunk Anansie is the obvious choice for Duck while CeeLo Green is tipped to be under Monster’s costume – although, declaring he was CeeLo Green has thrown us off.
Easily the biggest headache thus far is Octopus, the mysterious mollusc. One week we’re sure she’s a Pussycat Doll, the next she’s a regular at the Woolpack.
‘After heavy hints that the Octopus chows down on fish guts and descends from the Dales, a host of Emmerdale actresses who have appeared on I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! now lead the market to be revealed as the tentacled creature,’ explained Betway’s Chad Yeomans.
‘Gemma Atkinson, Sheree Murphy and Lucy Pargeter all fit the bill, with Atkinson odds-on at 8/11. Yet, as the Duck and Monster are favourites to be next eliminated, viewers turned amateur detectives might have to wait for the big reveal!’
As for our winner, Nicola Roberts is without a doubt Queen Bee and she’s ready for her crown.
