Man slashes Wife’s neck with cutlass-hangs him after she survived

Nalesha Ragoonauth a 24-year-old mother is thankful for her life after surviving an attack by her husband. Her husband slashed her neck with a cutlass in an attempt to kill her.

The husband by name Ganesh Narine (27 years) after attacking his wife hanged himself in the late hours of last Saturday( the same day he tried to end the life of his wife). The reason why he took his life is yet to be uncovered.

The wife in an attempt to save herself and their 8-year-old son managed to flee from the room bleeding profusely to call for help.

By reports, the couple shared a four-year relationship – one that was marred by physical and verbal abuse – but it was her decision to end the relationship that led to her attempted murder.

The wife is currently at the hospital receiving medical treatment together with her 8-year-old son who was also injured when she was attacked.
