Cebu Pacific reduces flights to China

Cebu Pacific will be reducing flights between the Philippines and mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau from February 5 to March 29, 2020.

Passengers affected by flight cancellations have been notified through the contact details provided upon booking. They may also check the status of their flights through the Manage Booking portal in the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve/.

The following options are made available for passengers on cancelled flights:

  1. Rebook the flight (new flight date within 30 days of original travel date)
  2. Refund the tickets in full
  3. Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use
