Asmir Begovic
Derby County have been linked with a move for experienced goalkeeper Asmir Begovic.
The 32-year-old stopper is currently playing for Qarabag in Azerbaijan, on loan from Bournemouth.
According to The Sun, Derby are monitoring the situation but face competition from West Ham United, Birmingham City and Rams boss Phillip Cocu's old club PSV Eindhoven.
Begovic has two-and-a-half years left to run on his current contract at Bournemouth, which is said to be worth £60,000 a week.
His loan spell is due to expire at the end of this month and he is apparently "keen to join a new club, on either a temporary or permanent basis".
Scott Sinclair
Derby County are being linked with a January move for Celtic winger Scott Sinclair.
The Rams were said to be considering a deadline-day move for Sinclair back in August, before they secured a season-long loan deal for Bristol City's Jamie Paterson.
Sinclair remained at the Scottish champions, for whom he scored 17 goals in 55 appearances last season.
But the ex-Swansea City and Aston Villa man has made just six appearances in all competitions Neil Lennon's side in 2019-20 - and Football Insider are now reporting that the Rams are considering a January deal for the 30-year-old.
Sinclair is out of contract at Celtic in the summer.
Luke McCowan
Derby County have been linked with a move for young Scottish attacking midfielder Luke McCowan.
The Rams and Sky Bet Championship rivals Cardiff City are closely monitoring the Ayr United prospect, according to Football Insider.
The report also claims that an unnamed Premier League is keeping tabs on the player.
Cameron Dawson
A number of Championship clubs including Derby County are keeping an eye on Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Cameron Dawson.
Blackburn Rovers and Preston North End are also believed to be keen, as are Scottish club Rangers, according to the Sheffield Star.
Dawson's current contract is up at the end of this season.
Sam Cosgrove
Sam Cosgrove has been catching the eye with his goalscoring exploits in Scotland this season.
The 22-year-old has netted 18 goals in only 23 appearances for Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen, to add to his tally of 21 from last term.
That form is said to have attracted the attention of several Championship clubs, including Derby County, Middlesbrough, Brentford and Charlton.
It has not all been plain sailing for Cosgrove, though.
Kyle Dempsey
Derby County have been linked with Fleetwood Town central midfielder Kyle Dempsey.
The Rams have been keeping a close eye on the 24-year-old, according to Football Insider.
Fellow Sky Bet Championship clubs Swansea City and Huddersfield Town are also said to be interested.
Citing a Fleetwood source, the report says the three clubs have been impressed by the player's recent form and have been "making regular trips" to watch him in action.
Uche Ikpeazu
Derby County have been linked with a move for Hearts striker Uche Ikpeazu.
According to West London Sport, Queens Park Rangers are monitoring the 24-year-old.
It is reported Derby's Championship rivals Wigan Athletic and Bristol City have scouted the former Reading man along with Phillip Cocu's side.
Ikpeazu, who began his career at Reading, has scored ten goals for Hearts since his arrival from Cambridge United in 2018 on a free transfer.
Jamie Hamilton
Derby County have been linked with a move for young Scottish defender Jamie Hamilton.
The highly-rated centre-back has come through the youth ranks at Hamilton Academical and has been identified as one for the future.
According to the Daily Maill, Derby, along with four Premier League clubs, have been taking a closer look at the 17-year-old.
Hamilton came to the fore last season, when he impressed for Scotland Under-17s and also in the UEFA Youth League. He has since been called up to Scotland’s under-19 squad.
Ivan Toney and Marcus Maddison
Peterborough United striker Ivan Toney says he does not listen to transfer speculation amid reports that he is set to be part of a Derby County double transfer swoop.
Toney, who has scored 13 goals in 23 appearances this season, has been linked with January a move to Pride Park along with midfielder Marcus Maddison.
The duo have proved instrumental in the Posh's charge into League One promotion contention.
Lyndon Dykes
Derby County are amongst at least half-a-dozen Championship clubs being linked with a move for Livingston frontman Lyndon Dykes.
The Australian-born 24-year-old has netted five goals in 17 games for the Scottish Premiership club, and that has sparked interest south of the border just a few weeks before the opening of the January transfer window..
According to TeamTalk, the Rams, Middlesbrough, Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol City and Blackburn have all made enquiries for the 6ft 2in forward, who can play anywhere across the front-line.
The website claims all six Championship clubs have been to see Dykes in action in recent weeks, and says Livingston are ready to sell in January.
Armand Gnanduillet
Derby County are being linked with a move for Blackpool striker Armand Gnanduillet ahead of the January transfer window.
According to Football Insider, the Rams are casting an eye over the striker as they prepare to strengthen their forward options during the upcoming transfer window.
The report also adds that Derby are in the market for reinforcements in the striker department in the New Year, and have identified Gnanduillet as a potential option.
Clubs across England have also reportedly shown an interest in the 27-year-old’s services, with the player’s current deal at Bloomfield Road due to expire next summer.
It is believed that Gnanduillet could be available for a cut-price fee in January as the Tangerines look to cash in on the player.
Luciano Acosta
Wayne Rooney apparently urged one of his DC United team-mates to join him at Derby County.
Rooney has left the United States after agreeing a deal to sign for the Rams as player-coach in January.
Before departing at the end of the Major League Soccer campaign, the former England star reportedly encouraged Luciano Acosta to follow him to Pride Park.
Acosta has also called time on his DC United career, and is looking for a new club.
