Ashanti On Nelly Relationship: ‘I Haven’t Seen Him Since We Broke Up’

Ashanti and Nelly have not spoken in quite a while.

Ashanti recently appeared on “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen. A fan wrote in and asked about Ashanit’s ex Nelly. It turns out the two have not been in touch whatsoever.

“I honestly haven’t seen him since we broke up. Which is crazy,” Ashanti shared. Cohen chimed in, “Well let’s bring him out, everybody! Just kidding.” Cohen’s joke had Ashanti laughing hysterically.

Another fan wrote in and asked about Irv Gotti addressing their affair on “The Wendy Williams Show”. Ashanti expertly dodged the question.

“I feel like… I have a single out called ‘Pretty Little Thing’ featuring Afro B, it’s so hot,” she shared. “I’m on two tours this year, one in the U.S., one in the U.K, you know, [a] movie coming out this Saturday, you know, I’m very excited.”

Ashanti and Nelly had a nine-year relationship that ended in 2012.
