Friends and soap stars rushed to congratulate Andy on coming second on the show.
Fellow actor, Emmerdale star Anthony Quinlan who plays Pete Barton, wrote: "You were awesome! Well done mate."

Actress Samia Longchambon, who plays Andy's on-screen sister Maria Connor, said: "Well done And! Can't wait to have you back... you've done yourself proud xxx."
Before the winner of the 2019 series was announced, Andy and his fellow finalist, former EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa, were brought for a chat with hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.

Andy became emotional as he expressed his gratitude at being able to come on a show he loves so much and thanked the public for backing him.
He also couldn't understand how he had been able to compete with other celebs like Caitlyn Jenner and Ian Wright, who have bigger social media followings.
