Police have launched a hunt for a missing 14-year-old girl in Nottinghamshire.

Officers are concerned for the safety of Abigail Tungate after she was reported missing from the Kirkby-in-Ashfield area at around 12.45pm on Monday, December 9.

Abigail is described as a white female, of medium build and is around 5ft 7ins tall.

She is described as having short, brown bobbed hair and was last seen wearing a pink and grey jumper and black leggings.

If you have seen Abigail or have any information about her whereabouts, contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 359 of December 9 2019.
