Looking at the pictures it instantly clicked us that the actor has shown this emoji to the shutterbugs many times in the past while he got clicked at various events.

Just a few hours ago, Ranbir was spotted outside a clinic in the city. The star was seen sporting a yellow tee and ripped jeans. He had teamed up his look with a cap, black shades and white shoes. While coming out of the clinic he got clicked showing a heart emoji to the paparazzi.
