Oak Bay police looking for missing 39-year-old man

Oak Bay police are concerned about Nicholas Hasanen, 39, who has not been seen for a couple of weeks.

He frequently sleeps in a tent in parks or on beaches.

Hasanen is described as six feet with a slender build.
