Watchmen: The End Is Nigh in Season Finale Promo

HBO has released the promo for the upcoming Season 1 finale of Watchmen, "See How They Fly."
The trailer doesn't offer any dialogue teases and instead paces everything to the rhythm of a ticking clock. As all of the threads that have been running throughout the season come together, the promo teases the series is counting down to something massive.
After the Doctor Manhattan-heavy episode "A God Walks Into Abar," the Watchmen Season 1 finale will return to its big mysteries involving the Seventh Kavalry, Senator Keene, Lady Trieu's Millennium Clock and Adrian Veidt's incarceration on Europa.
However, with the Seventh Kavalry in possession of Doctor Manhattan and Senator Keene attempting to steal his powers, the intervention of Angela Abar and Laurie Blake may not be enough to stop the white supremacist group.
Developed by Damon Lindelof, HBO's Watchmen stars Jeremy Irons, Regina King, Don Johnson, Tim Blake Nelson, Jean Smart, Louis Gossett Jr., Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Tom Mison, James Wolk, Adelaide Clemens, Andrew Howard, Frances Fisher, Jacob Ming-Trent, Sara Vickers, Dylan Schombing, Lily Rose Smith and Adelynn Spoon. The series airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
