Feedback sought on Kingsley apartments

THE City of Joondalup is seeking feedback on an application for seven apartments on one lot in Kingsley.

The three-storey development is proposed for 41 Twickenham Drive, with two units on the ground floor, three on the first floor and two on the second floor.

All units would have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and there would be seven residential and two visitor car parking bays and four residential and one bicycle bays.

Plans also include “liveable housing design” elements for the ground floor units to make them easier to access for people of all ages and abilities.
