Through the Infosys Foundation, she provides financial support to the underprivileged artists and provides them a platform through various mediums in India as well as abroad tpo promote and recognize their art.

When Sudha Ji left the company Mr. JRD Tata told her ”If you make a lot of money then you have to give it back to the society because you got so much love from it”. This inspired her and today, she does not accept any donations for her foundation.

Sudha Ji abolished the Devadasi system in Raichur district and about 3,000 devadasis have been rehabilitated through vocational and skill training. She ensured that Devadasis and their children get proper education and be successful in various professions.

As a result of her vision, 60,000 libraries were established in schools, many schools have been equipped with facilities and some have been rebuilt from scratch. In the field of healthcare, she has built outpatient departments, wards, operation theaters and 16,000 toilets in various states.
