The cast of an upcoming musical are celebrating a happy day after a cash donation.

The Tiverton Junior Operatic Club (TJOC) have been donated £1,733 thanks to monthly bingo sessions at the Old Heathcoat Community Centre.

Pete Cousins from the TJOC said: “The committee would like to thank everyone involved with the bingo including organisers Katrina Davey and Lynn Howe, and the caller Graham Wood.

“Just a reminder that TJOC will be performing the musical Happy Days at the New Hall from February 18 to 22. Tickets will be on sale very soon.”
