Holly was seen wiping tears from her eyes during Thursday morning's instalment of the ITV1 daytime favourite.
Holly, 38, chatted to a little boy and his family who had proven all the doctors wrong as part of Thursday, November 28 edition of the show.
The presenter, alongside Phillip Schofield, welcomed Christian to the show.
The four-year-old was born with severe brain damage, cerebral palsy and impaired vision and doctors feared he’d never walk, talk or even smile.
But his sister Jade Kilduff spent over a year trying to teach him sign language Makaton so he could communicate, reports the Liverpool ECHO .
Jade spoke on This Morning about how she had spent lots of time with her little brother, but hadn't got anything back from him, until one day he signed that he was finished with his meal.
As well as learning over 200 signs Christian can now also say basic phrases such as "love you" and "thank you."
He and Jade also sign along to their favourite songs, with thousands of people liking their page on Facebook.
And as Christian hugged Jade and told her: "Love you to the moon and back" Holly collapsed back into her seat and covered her eyes as she sobbed.
She continued to cry and said how amazing Jade and all the family were and how they had made her and Phil's week.
And viewers on social media were also full of praise for Jade.
