Qaim Ali Shah moves IHC for pre-arrest bail
by https://www.facebook.com/dunyanewsISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former Sindh chief minister Qaim Ali Shah has on Friday moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) for pre-arrest bail, Dunya News reported.
The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader requested the court in his petition to bar the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from arresting him on December 4 when the erstwhile CM is scheduled to appear before the anti-graft body.
The court will conduct hearing on the pre-arrest bail plea today.
It is pertinent here to mention that PPP senior leaders – former president Asif Ali Zardari, his sister Faryal Talpur and former opposition leader Khurshid Shah – are already under arrest.
