Odisha: Human skeleton, skull found in dustbin behind Bhubaneswar school building

The Nayapalli Police along with a scientific team rushed to the spot and sent the skeleton and the skull to the state forensic laboratory for a DNA test.

Panic gripped Nayapalli area on Friday after a human skull and a skeleton were found inside a dustbin behind a school building in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The skull and the skeleton remains, reportedly wrapped in polythene, were found when a BMC sweeper tried to separate the polythene from dustbins and transfer it to a garbage van of BMC.

The locals then informed the police about the discovery of a skull and a skeleton.

On being informed by the locals, the Nayapalli Police along with a scientific team rushed to the spot and sent the skeleton and the skull to the state forensic laboratory for a DNA test.

The investigation is underway in connection with the case.
