In a shocking incident, a Class 11th girl has alleged that a sub-inspector touched her inappropriately in Thiruvananthapuram.

Police have filed a case of sexual assault under POCSO Act against the accused and a probe is underway.

The victim was familiar with the accused and his children who lived in the same neighborhood.

Meanwhile, the accused is absconding.
