Caught on Camera: Parade Balloon Knocks Down Marcher

NEW YORK, NY. (CBS) - Marcher in NYC Thanksgiving Parade knocked down while trying to wrangle the "Nutcracker" balloon.

City and parade officials had considered grounding the giant iconic balloons given the wind conditions and forecast but were cleared for flight shortly before the start of the parade.
